By using Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy you are agreeing to our terms of service.
Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change the Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion.
You further agree that the Content you access and view as part of the Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy Services is owned or controlled by LALA’S UPDOS,LLC and licensors. Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy Services and the Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not transfer, copy or display the Digital Content. In addition, you may not: i. sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or otherwise assign any right to the Digital Content to any third party; ii. remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Digital Content; iii. attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management system used as part of the Service; or, iv. use the Service or Digital Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any the reasons listed above.
By purchasing a subscription membership with your Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy account, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly subscription fee at the current rate of the channels you join plus any applicable tax, with your use of the Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy service to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Please note that prices and charges are subject to change with notice. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The subscription fee or fees will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying subscription. Subscription charges are fully earned upon payment. In the event your paying subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying subscriber on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th.

IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!
Your Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee at the then current rate plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment.
You may cancel your Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy subscription at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
To cancel your subscription, log in into your Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy account and click on the right side of your screen to reach “Billing” and then click on "Cancel subscription” function.
By using Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy and/or the administrator of the channel. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., password change confirmation e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our service. These communications are part of your relationship with Lala’s On-Line Bridal Academy and you receive them as part of the service. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
