The hot tool must have been purchased from Lala's Updos LLC within the past 12 months.
The customer must provide proof of purchase or a valid order number.
The customer is required to return the malfunctioning hot tool to Lala's Updos LLC at their own expense.
The returned tool must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Once the malfunctioning hot tool is received and inspected by our team, we will verify the eligibility for replacement.
If the tool meets the eligibility criteria and is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we will promptly process the replacement.
A new hot tool will be dispatched to the customer at no additional cost.
The replacement tool will be shipped using the same or similar shipping method as the original purchase.
This policy does not cover damage caused by neglect (the tool must be cleaned after each use), misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Any alterations made to the hot tool will void the replacement policy.

Cool Down - Unplug and allow the tool to cool down completely before cleaning.
Clean - Ensure the tool is unplugged and cool before cleaning! Moisten a cloth with warm water and rub over the surfaces over and over again to get rid of as much buildup as possible. If water doesn't work, add a little rubbing alcohol (or a professional iron cleaner, if you'd like). Dry the hot tool entirely before using again.
Store - Store the tool in a safe place, out of reach of children and away from water.
